Non-metropolitan forecasts visualization for outdoor enthusiast with weather dependent activities.

Outline

1. Write forecast model. It should consume the NOAA web service and provide sensible JSON output.
2. Develop some visualizations with Google Charts that will work well with mobile device screen resolutions.
3. Wrap into Sencha Touch framework.
4. Integrate user accounts, preferencs and location saving.
