Add entry into the RELEASED_VERSIONS file

@Molter73 @stackrox/collector-team It was mentioned that #2124 will remove this file once CPaaS is fully disabled in a few weeks, and that there's no need for this update to be added.

Should I just close this and request an update to the upstream release docs?
