Following the Wazuh installation instructions in the docs doesn't succeed on a fresh RL9 host, because of packaging issues with wazuh-manager (wazuh/wazuh#14924).

Bump requirements.yml to bring in a branch of stackhpc/wazuh-ansible that deploys latest Wazuh (v4.7.3 ), which has a fix for the above issue.

How confident are we in this change?

Confident that using it for a fresh deployment of Wazuh works well, but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to test upgrading an existing installation.

On Ubuntu Jammy had to systemctl daemon-reload as wazuh-manager wouldn't start.

That's not great. Do we need a fix to the wazuh collection?

Or can we at least incorporate the workaround into our playbook?
