Completely revamped the getSystemPrompt function to include detailed sections for identity, design engineering manifesto, response workflow, design system, tech stack, code constitution, security charter, and example implementations. Added new constants and imports for better modularity and future extensibility. Updated the CONTINUE_PROMPT section to align with the new system prompt structure.

Added a new advanced-prompts.ts file containing:
A highly detailed and structured system prompt for advanced AI assistance.
Integration with the existing PromptLibrary class.
Updated the PromptLibrary to include the advanced prompt option:
Added a new entry in the library object for the advanced prompt.
The advanced prompt uses the getAdvancedPrompt function to generate responses.
Ensured compatibility with the existing PromptOptions interface.
