Добавляет вендор со снаряжением плазмаменов для каждой из стандартных профок.
Вендор получается на данный момент исключительно заказом из карго при нужных техах.
Снаряжение выдается в локбоксах на доступе. Но их можно взломать не только емагом, но и поплавить кислотой/взрывом/etc и их содержимое из них не удалится в отличии от РнДшных локбоксов.
