Updated the description text in `BrowseColumnCommand.cs` and `BrowseRelationshipCommand.cs` to use the singular form of "column" and "relationship" for improved clarity and accuracy.
Removed unnecessary using directives and adjusted namespace declarations in multiple files.

This pull request includes a comprehensive refactor of the
Dax.Vpax.CLIbrowseandpackagecommands, improving argument handling and overall usability. Additionally, the experimentalpackage setandpackage unsetcommands have been removed.
