This PR is for new SIAF alignments for SIAF and FGS2 resulting from analyzing TA data of NIRISS and NIRCam. The only changes made to SIAF parameters are
(V2Ref, V3Ref)for NIRISS and FGS2 (niriss_siaf_alignment.txtandfgs_siaf_alignment.txt).generate_niriss.pyandgenerate_fgs.pyhas been successfully run to generate the necessary files (including .xml and .xlsx) required for the CR package.NOTE: This PR is being open again upon request from @Witchblade101 on Oct 30, 2023. The previous PR had issues with conflict and etc.
