About the PR
Removes pAI shared and client systems. Only server system left. Instead of
SharedPAISystemI've usedActionGrant.Nothing changes in term of gameplay (I hope)
Why / Balance
Here #32251 I was suggested to use
ActionGrant. So I guess it will be easer to add new abilities (if there will be sone) futher. And as I got 2 empty systems I thought that it would be better to make server system the only one (but I could be wrong).Technical details
