not a fan of it but hey why not =) ( but it also makes mutating dimensional orange ,lemoons harder, which would add more difficult/randomness to because of the 50/50 chance as extra) If there would be an option to make a conditional requirement either to get another citrus fruit or D-orange/lemoon in future would remove that problem but for now i think most wouldnt mind the extra challenge |

Why / Balance
I think mutations are fun!
Also currently afaik mutations to other plants are only used to "progress" to make more specialised plants, which can be not the only use
