### New Logo Credit

In FY24, a New Logo is defined as a closed contract that an Account Executive is directly responsible for that meets the following criteria:

1. Minimum New ACV of $5,000 AND one of the following:
a. 100+ employees in Engineering (based on LinkedIn data) for a company that Sourcegraph has no existing open contract with; OR
b. A valid purchase order is generated with a new department of an existing customer with an autonomous purchasing department (“Business Unit”) that Sourcegraph has no current contract with; OR
c. The associated opportunity record in Salesforce has a new contact in the Executive Buyer field, wherein said contact has no prior purchasing relationship with Sourcegraph; OR
d. A new instance is provisioned by Sourcegraph

In order to receive New Logo credit, the Account executive must include documentation that the opportunity meets the above criteria, either through a LinkedIn screenshot or a pdf copy of the purchase order for A & B respectively.

Upon deal closure, Sales Operations shall review the available documentation and determine if New Logo credit is warranted by checking or leaving blank the New Logo (Commission Controller) field in the Salesforce Opportunity record.
