Adds:

  • support for parallel builds across all VARIANT x BUILD TYPE combinations in a command line request
  • help option
  • usage option
  • version option
  • multi-platform pyinstaller builds of fontmake-mp that include an embedded Python interpreter and all project dependencies, can be downloaded from the repository releases
  • new Makefile with make target support for installs/uninstalls
