I've looked through all the changes line-by-line and reformatted some of them manually and I think the PR is ready now @leeyi45
Allows for both SSH + HTTPS support

Description
Updated lint config and relint files, also reformatted some of them manually as well as refactored some of them.
Still need to clean up a lot of things, nowhere near ready.Type of change
Please delete options that are not relevant.
