Similar to #73, but for tools. There's currently a big list of resources on the website now, but it will be removed in the upcoming redesign. I'm proposing to create this task so that we can undertake this in the future when there are more resources available.

Let's re-use the resolution of #73 as template for this task to speed of reviewing. I wonder whether these two tasks could just combined. The criteria for inclusion/exclusion, and maintaing the list is essentially going to be the same. What do you think about framing PR 73 as "manage-apps-tools.md" (Manage List of Solid Apps and Tools)?

Yeah, you're probably right about a lot of the work being the same. I'll merge it with your proposal in #73 and close this.
