Updates references to Solid protocol and Solid Notifications protocol: + update authors list, + change document status to Draft CG Report, + remove WIP note, + remove ED links. Changed references from SOLID to SOLID-PROTOCOL throughout the document.
Changed template to CG-DRAFT in line with the decision taken in the Solid CG meetings in May 2024.

I suggest waiting for speced/bikeshed#2875 and removing the custom copyright and status of the document. |

Thanks for letting me know! I am going to hold off on all changes until it is made explicit that this work will be permissively licensed by the CG to the general public in the copyright statement. |

Licensing concerns are tracked in solid/specification#587 (comment). I am closing this issue to work on other issues in the repository. Will revisit upon resolution or otherwise. |
