These are in fact totally wrong and should just be removed 😅

Oh, you mean just the associated token account line? Or all three of them?

I mean the two lines here, which are:
cargo build-sbf --manifest-path ../program-2022/Cargo.toml
cargo build-sbf --manifest-path ../../associated-token-account/program/Cargo.toml
