As of this PR: dependabot/dependabot-core#11487 its discouraged to configure subdirectories in a pnpm workspace scenario.

As of this PR: dependabot/dependabot-core#11487 its discouraged to configure subdirectories in a pnpm workspace scenario.
This will also address the failed dependabot executions in the mentioned subdirectories.
