“Coffitivity Offline” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified

Why

We didn't go for certifying the mac app as it's free to use but Apple charges to sign it. So we have to live with this warning (at least for the time being)

Workaround

If you see this error, nothing to worry about! This is how you can get around it.

  1. "Cancel" the popup.

  2. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General

  3. Choose "Allow apps downloaded from App Store and identified developers"

  4. Click on "Open Anyway" next to where it says "Coffitivity Offline"

  5. Click "Open" on the popup where can mentions it cannot verify the app.

  6. That's it. You're good to go now.
