chronofrom0.4.40to0.4.39due to function name collisions betweenchronoand thearrowcrate. The recommendation right now is for folks to pin to0.4.39. See this issue for further details: apache/arrow-rs#7196Once this is merged, we do a patch bump and release
0.2.1.
