This update includes a plethora of bug fixes, but the main focus of the update was to clean up the code base, organizing it in ways more suitable to long-term maintenance and update.
Documentation was added in the forms of a game-play guide for players and a usage guide for developers, and the preexisting documentation was improved.

Optimization: Less data is transmitted between client and server, resulting in lower latency.
Gameplay: Center of neutralize/toxin changed to the crosshair from center of the organism's mass.
