I have often been in charge of lead programmer and have examined and implemented solutions to problems within and outside the section. For this purpose, I have designed and implemented an application system, prepared a system to visualize orders and progress status, and have been aware of the need to keep up with other sections. We have been conscious of the need to ensure that cooperation with other sections does not become stagnant. I was in charge of training and recruiting new employees by preparing assignments and interviews for interns and newcomer training, participating in artwork presentations held by vocational schools, and conducting employment interviews. I was in charge of teaching and recruiting new employees.
