Change to react material UI

Updated the UI and functionality to:

• Feature new UI based on react material UI
• Switched to react-create-app
• Added multiple folders

Bumped video.js Version

Bumped video.js and video.js hls version to fix #19

Added linux 386 build

This is the same release as 0.3.0 except it adds a linux-386 build.

Change to video.js player and better navigation

This release fixes playback in Firefox and Chrome by using the video.js player. It also adds a simple header bar to allow navigation in the folder hierarchy.

The performance is still quite bad but that will hopefully improve in 0.4.0.

Code cleanup & bundled resources

This release cleans up some code and uses local resources for all JavaScript and CSS. This means the server can be used without an internet connection.

First try of binary release

This release changed the structure so you don't use go to run the project but the generated binaries.
