Support for option groups #111

Example grouped options:

options: [
  {
    label: 'Group A',
    values: [1, 2, 3]
  },
  {
    label: 'Group B',
    values: [4, 5, 6]
  }
}

And here’s how to configure the dropdown.
group-values should point to the property where the option list is located.
group-label should point to the group label.
