This version of shellhub-agent requires Go 1.20+ which is not present on oe-core in some Yocto relases, so it need to be conditionally backported. In other words, the backport only will be included if the oe-core from Yocto release you're using doesn't provides Go 1.20+. For better understanding, see layer.conf comments.
