修复了Testnet 0.4.0中的一些bug。
其中主要的是Commit2占用RAM估计不准确的问题，会导致worker异常退出。
如果没遇到这个问题，可以不用更新。
请同时替换lotus、lotus-storage-miner、lotus-seal-worker。
Fixed some bugs in Testnet 0.4.0.
The main problem is the inaccurate estimation of RAM occupied by Commit2, which will cause the worker to abort.
