PAC Global Manual Mode

A proxy auto-config (PAC) file defines how web browsers and other user agents can automatically choose the appropriate proxy server (access method) for fetching a given URL.
Shadowsocks-NG generate a PAC file from GFW list and set the network system preferences to use the pac file. Then when it work in this mode, the domain names in GFW list would be accessed through the shadowsocks server.
Shadowsocks-NG set the network system preferences to use the ss proxy server by all network activites.
Shadowsocks-NG start the proxy server, but don't set any network system preferences. You could set the network system preferences by yourself or set preferences of some specify apps in order to use the ss proxy.
