Updated python dependencies to work with Wigle python scripts
Added build-essential to the list of linux packages to be installed. Changed requests to requests==0.14.2 and added httplib2 to fix the wigle and location python script problems.
Added 777 permissions to all icons located in the hildon folder to fix the snoopy crash problem when the icon is clicked.
Fixed the snoopy.desktop crash when the icon is selected
Added a symbolic in transform folder pointing to wigle_api_lite.py in the bin folder.

Updates help install appropriate python dependencies on the server side, and fixes to the snoopy icon for the n900.
