docs: add cross compilers to Linux dependencies

- add aarch64 and riscv cross compilers - remove reference to ARMv7 architecture, because it now should work for all architectures. - remove mention of Debian Buster, because it is not supported anymore. Signed-off-by: Gerwin Klein <[email protected]>
