+* [fa2_modified](https://github.com/AminAlam/fa2_modified) package is used instead of [fa2](https://github.com/bhargavchippada/forceatlas2). The reason of this chage is that `fa2` is not mainateined anymore and does't support Python3.9+ whereas `fa2_modified` works with all versions of python and is actively maintained.
