What's Changed
- Release of latest 3D segmentation model trained on multi-site data containing 192 images trained using nnUNetv2. The model is trained in a human-in-the-loop active learning setting.
Note
Both .zip downloads contain identical models; the only difference is the folder naming structure. model-fmri-segmentation-v0.2_nnUNetTrainer.zip contains an nnUNetTrainer folder for compatibility with 3DSlicer and SCT v6.4 and above.
