Also cleans up binding.gyp a little bit. Experimentation reveals that only the Xcode directive is needed for full optimizations. The default on Linux and Windows seems to be full optimization.

This enables support for running this module under isolated-vm. The behavior of the module remains unchanged when running without isolated-vm.
