[Fix]: 'View More' Functionality and Initial User Display in Orgusers Component #1176

Description

This PR addresses a issue in the Orgusers component where the functionality of the "View More" button is impaired, and all users are displayed initially, contrary to the intended behavior. The proposed changes aim to rectify these issues by implementing logic to properly toggle the visibility of additional users when the "View More" button is clicked.
Additionally, adjustments are made to ensure that only a limited number of users are displayed initially, enhancing interface clarity and usability.
