POE::Component::Client::MPD
===========================

POE::Component::Client::MPD is a perl module for developing MPD (Music Player
Daemon) clients (or any other scripts that control the MPD server) based on the
POE framework.

INSTALLATION
============

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install


Or, using Module::Builder:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install


If mpd is running, you can force the full non-regression test suite to be ran
by using:
    MPD_TEST_OVERRIDE=1 make test


You can also try to install it directly as a package for your favorite Linux
distribution:
    - mandriva:  perl-POE-Component-Client-MPD
