added MY_TRANSPORT_WAIT_READY_MS to make the node start even if no gateway is available changed FORCE_TRANSMIT_INTERVAL to milliseconds

Hey scalz,
I found your sketch not sending the temperature again after the FORCE_TRANSMIT_INTERVAL and upgraded this. To make this more intuitive I changed this interval to be in ms.
I also added the transport wait to be able to start the node without gateway (if necessary).
