Elduukhar stats have been tinkered with.

Elduukhar now have a Flight tech. It operates based on an invisible "stamina" meter. This provides approximately 5 seconds of flight. Once the stamina is consumed, the players energy will rapidly be consumed instead. The total flight duration is approximately 7 seconds.

Energy use is dictated by the following formula: Current Speed / 100 + (modifier)

modifiers vary from 0.01 for when the player has stamina remaining, to 0.05 when moving about, to 0.55 when they have no stamina remaining at all.

Maximum flight velocity is 55.
