all changes in this update from Lucca:

improved food descriptions for foods that utilize fish to be more indicative of their actual diet, rather than "carnivore" for all.

removed deprecated effects

all vanilla races now use effectiveMultiplier rather than baseMultiplier, so their species bonuses will apply all the time, and be valid until end-game as intended.
