Novakid fixes:

• No longer causes unreasonable lag when around many Novakids
• At night, gain 1%/s health regen, at the cost of 0.5%/s food
• During the day, gain 1-1.5%/s health regen, scaling from 50-85% current food (at no cost)
• Effect now configurable; see novakid.raceeffect
