PACT 2.0 Public Release

Added a customizable game list for better usabilty.

Added a games.txt file, each line is the name of the binary for a game, these are detected automatically and their affinity and priority are set by game_cores (gc) and game_priority (gp).

Added support for spaces in process names and binaries for OSX, Linux on ARM and Windows on ARM.

Pretty much what the title says, this update is quick and dirty to cover for an edge case someone dear to me brought to my attention.

Please bare in mind PACT still needs a lot of testing, so please leave some feedback if you can/want to.

Bug fixes, input validation and a temporary icon.

This release fixes some nasty bugs with the toggle command and adds input validation to all commands to ensure minimal chance of crashing due to bad input.
