Description
Created a read-only admin page MVP to display users, groups, and group invites.
Also added a reusable loading page component (we can restyle this later if needed).
Motivation and Context
This page allows the admin to view the data of this website in a clean format. In the future, we can implement filtering, viewing aggregate statistics, etc., in order to increase utility.
