This brings this work up to Rails 7.2.
As discussed on the tech call, this work can now go into
mainsince ActiveFedora 15 has been cut as the last in the line of major releases supporting Fedora 4. The15.x-stablebranch will contain any updates to sustain ActiveFedora on Fedora 4 and minor/patch releases can be cut from there.mainand the future ActiveFedora 16 will be focused on Fedora 6 exclusively. This was agreed upon since Hyrax has been fully Valkyrized and the connection to Fedora will only use ActiveFedora until the deprecatedwingsadapter is removed in a future Hyrax release. Legacy applications can continue to use ActiveFedora 15.x and contribute to maintaining it or attempt upgrading to Fedora 6 and ActiveFedora 16 (when released).Supersedes #1498, #1497, and #1457
