Various improvements

Hi, thanks for your job about this blueprint ! 👍
I've made various improvements and add few functionality.

- Added: Clear Notification if response received
- Added zone-based message functionality
- Added `notification_link` field
- Added: suppport notifications to multiples devices and When `notify_device` is empty, automatically include all available mobile devices
- Added: collapse menus ability on main blueprint creation page, maybe more readable
