Testnet 6.6

• Validation of each transaction in the block
  • If the tx is impossible to process because of some other tx in the block, that tx is removed from the pool
• Removed key images for commands that do not spend any funds (edit account, create/edit offer, create/edit price peg)
• Removed distribute_network_fee command and moved logic to token_unstake command
• Additional check limiting only 1 advanced command per tx
• Additional safety checks proving that outputs data are equal to command input data
• Added new tx pool restrictions
  • Now purchase will be denied to the pool if edit of the offer is already in the pool
  • Every offer and price pef has restriction separately (before this patch, limit was 1 per safex account)
• Set minimum SFX price to 0.0001
• Faster syncing with advanced outputs in the blockchain
  • Removed false errors when syncing
• Fixed issues reported on Testnet 6.5
• Reset testnet from height 100000
