Just a passing note that as of v1.2, HexBytes have changed the .hex() method to return a string that is not prepended with 0x, in an effort to match the parent bytes class.

Instances of HexBytes.hex() in the TSX will need to be renamed to .to_0x_hex()

Thanks, we are aware of that, but as in some parts of the code we use bytes so we are taking our time to do this migration, now that the current Web3 version requires it
