Context

This PR:

• Fixes broken links in the docs.

Note:

• There is a broken link in the Protocol Kit guide. This is expected and can't be fixed at this point as it is pointing to a method that no longer exists in the Protocol Kit reference. It will be fixed/replaced when the new Protocol Kit guide is live.
