net_compression_decoupleR

Tools to compress the same children nodes of the network has been added, as well as a set of function to generate solution networks using iterative runs of decoupleR, independent of solvers.

This version of COSMOS was used to reproduce the results for the preprint published on BioRXiv.
Please note that COSMOS is not in package format yet.
