These packages allow you invoke a c compiler as cc, helpful in certain build
environments (such as v’s) that strongly prefer to have that command present.
Ludovic dislikes the idea and didn’t have anything to say in response to my argument in favor, so the forbidden c compiler wrappers are lost to the living and now available only in these ominous grimoires.
