No worries! I even missed a few in my original fix. I've added more now. I think at this point it should be everything but it bears testing! |

You can also test by pulling from GitHub with pip:
pip install git+https….

I figured out why pulling from PyPI doesn't work (See #93). The MANIFEST is missing the requisite files.
