To install openrasta templates, add the package to a project:
o add-wrap openrasta-templates
This will add the new-openrastasite command, which you can execute using:
o new-openrastasite -Name name-of-solution -Namespace Namespace.For.Solution
Or the shorthand version
o orsite name-of-solution Namespace.For.Solution
