This PR adds a "cross platform" template that provides a very basic project layout without trying to be too opinionated. It provides namespaced rake tasks, as well as the ability to provide platform-specific configuration in a single App setup block.
Much of the rake task code was pulled from the
flowgem.This PR also fixes a few bugs that I came across while trying to build to an Android device.
