US-2089 Relay Seedless version

Make sure to add .env locally with MAGIC_API_KEY and IS_SEEDLESS and USE_RELAY set to true.

Hey @TravellerOnTheRun, I found three issue:

1- When I switch between testnet and mainnet, the app get disconnect.
2- When I try to create a RNS, the confirm button do nothing after clicking. (the same happens when sending) therefore, I was unable to send.
3- When I try to see the rif explorer, when getting back the app get disconnect.

All issues except the first one is related to relay version, same as in US-2005, I've updated it, try again.

@TravellerOnTheRun, Were you able to run the app after rebasing those changes? Because I can't now do it.

I've tried several time both iOs and Android, and I couldn't.

@TravellerOnTheRun, The same as the other PR:

1- When running the app, your session is active. Namely, your email is set up by Defect.
2- It still remains the issue that when switching between mainnet and testnet gets disconnected.
3- When I try to create an RNS, the confirm button does nothing after clicking. (In the current version of the relay this does not happen, it only happens here.) please, take a look.
