A handful of fixes and changes in this release:
- New preset options
--nativeand--rapidso you don't have to provide the model file paths to Deepbinner (thanks, @mbhall88 and @LarsDu) - Fix a Python 3.5 crash when using
deepbinner realtime(thanks @lfaller) - Overhaul of the training set generation for native barcoded reads.
- New models for the native barcodes, now have a much lower false positive rate (less likely to put a barcode-less read in a barcode bin).
- New option for an intermediate level of stringency on native barcodes:
--require_start
